The customer is expected to complete the company registration within 1-2 weeks after witnessing the signature at the Fu Zhilin office in Singapore
Open a bank account
Singapore FOZL will make an appointment with the bank-to-public account manager in advance. Go through the account opening procedures immediately after successful company registration. During the Covid19 period, Singapore FOZL provide free appointment online for custmers who may not able to meet the banker offline.
Activate Singapore Bank Account
Get the company’s bank account after 2-3 weeks to start capital injection, and get online banking and password device to activate the account in 2 weeks
The entire application time is about 2-3 hours
The company is incorporated and can start business immediately after receiving the company registration number.
The company seal and the complete company document package will take 2-3 working days to produce.
After the production is completed, FOZL can arrange express delivery to the designated location.
