Incorporation Process
1Fill in the registration application form
Including: company name, registered address, main business scope, registered capital, directors, shareholders
3Company name review
The company name can include words like “Singapore, Group”, but not sensitive words.
5Open a bank account
FOZL will make an appointment with the bank-to-public account manager in advance. Go through the account opening procedures immediately after your company registration is successful. During the Covid-19 period, FOZL will provide free appointments online for customers who may not able to meet our bankers in person.
2Sign a contract
Sign a contract and pay the prescribed fees.
4Incorporation
The company registration should be completed within 1-2 weeks after the signature is witnessed at the FOZL office in Singapore
6Activating your Singapore Bank Account
You will receive the details of the company’s bank account after 2-3 weeks, and you may begin capital injection. You will receive your online banking device to activate the account in 2 weeks.
The entire application process takes 2-3 hours.
The company will subsequently be incorporated, and can start its business immediately after receiving its company registration number.
The company seal and the complete company document package will take 2-3 working days to produce.
After the production of the company document package is complete, FOZL can arrange express delivery of the package to the company.
